What We'll Do
Upon receipt of your repair, we'll inspect it and then contact you with a quote.
Get Your Approval
We'll ask you for your approval to proceed (you may eliminate this step by sending your PO with your item needing repair, along with the approved amount, turnaround time, and shipping instructions).
If you decide not to proceed, we will ship your item back to you at no charge.
Refurbished, not just Repaired
With Galco, your equipment is refurbished, not just repaired. Upon receiving your approval, we will repair your item with the turnaround time of your choice.
Testing and Quality Control
Galco's experienced, factory trained engineers and technicians process each repair with rigorous testing and quality control measures. A detailed report accompanies each completed repair outlining the item's failure analysis, parts used to complete repair, testing performed, and any special instructions to note prior to re-installation.
Return Shipping and Tracking
When the repair is complete, your item will be securely shipped back to you in a foam-filled package inside an antistatic bag at the shipping speed that you have selected. A tracking number will be sent to you when the item is shipped, allowing you to track it as soon as it leaves our repair facility.

Our exclusive 18 month warranty means that the entire unit sent to us for service is covered, not just the portions that required repair. See Policies & Procedures for details.
